Job Description:
We are currently hiring Production Workers for a production/manufacturing plant located in Abbotsford, BC. This job opportunity will provide full-time hours, long term benefits with stability and longevity for the right candidate. There will also be opportunities for growth and pay increases.
Responsibilities may include:
Load/unload pipe from machines (15-30 lbs.)
Band and package bundles of pipe
Use a measuring tape
Operate overhead crane and FL (training provided)
Requirements:
• 6+ months experience working in some form of production/manufacturing shop/general labor/warehouse
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
• No experience/entry level will be considered also
Shifts Available to hire:
Week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday ,Sunday
Week 2 Wednesday, Thursday
• 12 hour shifts
• Days 8am - 8pm
• Nights 8pm - 8am
Compensation Details:
• Starting wage is $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
• Opportunity for wage advancements and promotions from within, up to $27.50)
• 4% vacation pay
• Weekly payroll cycle
• Benefits will start immediately once employment commences. No wait period for health and dental benefits. Benefits begin the 1st of each month Employer provides 50% premium coverage on all benefit packages.
