Shakti Beverages Ltd. is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Manager who will oversee the business at a strategic level. Taking care of business development aspects of the store in liaison with the Operations Manager to ensure that it reaches its goals and objectives. This is a full-time, permanent position based at the company's head office located in Lethbridge, AB.

Duties and responsibilities

• Oversee the business at a strategic level and decision making related to it;
• Develop and review budget/sales goals periodically to ensure that the performance goals and company targets are met;
• Manage existing relationships with supplier and foster new ones to enrich and diversify the supply chain of the business;
• Formulate and implement effective marketing policies to further store's customer reach and drive more sales.

Skills and Requirements

• A University degree or college diploma in business administration, commerce or related field is required;
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience managing a business is required;
• Good command over English language and excellent team management skills;
• Management of Sales, Stock, Finance, Balancing Supply against company's demand;
• Knowledge of Liquor Products and excellent customer service

Salary & Benefits

The position pays $46.04 per hour, based on a 40 hour work week plus 4% paid vacation.
