We are currently looking for Assistant Department Leaders in the following areas:
Deli Department
Grocery Department
Meat Department
Produce Department
Role Overview: Assistant Department Leaders
Expert of the company vision, mission, and core values
Bring a positive demeanor every day
Work collaboratively with others within the store to achieve working relationships
Establishes high standards and takes personal responsibility for the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of work
Creating and maintaining a phenomenal customer experience
Ensure food safety and quality control of all products at all times
Supporting the manager with inventory, waste control/management
Ensure health and safety standards are performed
Coordinating special promotions, displays, and events
Street Credentials:
Must have valid work authorization in Canada
Must be available to work varied shifts, including weekend and evenings
1+ years of Leadership experience in a Grocery or related field
Loves working in a clean and well-maintained workplace environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work well with others in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements are required as a Leader in Fresh St. Market
