ROLE

The IT Systems Administrator will provide technical support for IHL staff members experiencing technical concerns with computer hardware, communication devices, troubleshooting and application support. The IT Systems Administrator will be the first point of contact for staff members to help resolve any technical, hardware or application issues. The successful candidate will be solutions focused with the ability to problem solve using the right resources and applying their technical knowledge.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Perform initial troubleshooting to issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Set up and configure communications devices, desktops, operating systems, and software.
Setup and support of Office 365 and Windows applications
Collaborate with management teams to ensure smooth operation of IT system.
Manage support requests.
Support the onboarding and offboarding process.
Provide technical support either by phone, or site visits as needed.
Maintain accurate inventory of hardware, communication devices and technical products.
Provide on call/after hours support to our Innisfil, Vaughan, and DC Warehouse.
Aid in the creation of technical training manuals

Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of IT help desk, technician, or support experience
Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with Windows applications.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with Exchange and Office 365 and Microsoft Azure
Experience providing support with iPhone, Android devices and tablet support.
SOTI Mobile Device Management Experience
Experience with system networking, Cisco and HPE Aruba devices
Must have valid divers license and a vehicle, the successful candidate will be required to travel in between locations.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations (ERP)
