Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the administration of HR programs and processes
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate employee records Workforce Now
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support employee relations activities, including coordinating employee events and recognition programs
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and communication
Process payroll with ADP
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in data entry and comfortable working with HR systems such as Workforce Now
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
