You Are:

We are actively seeking a Practice Lead to cultivate, nurture, and shape our North American SEM practice. This opportunity allows you to create a practice based on your unique vision while delivering top-notch work across a diverse client base. Here's an overview of your responsibilities:


Steer and cultivate the North American search practice within Accenture Song

Be the inclusive thought leader and visionary of the SEM practice in North America

Mentor and guide a diverse team of specialists, enhancing their capabilities across the search team and the broader Song media practice

Serve as the subject matter expert for key client engagements

Business Development

Collaborate with the leadership team to devise and execute revenue growth strategies

Identify and spearhead new business opportunities for search engagements

Foster and maintain relationships with key industry partners and stakeholders

Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures across North America

Collaborate and consult with internal and client teams to achieve/over-achieve set goals and objectives on priority client engagements


Lead, develop, and deploy innovation roadmaps across platforms

Develop plans for growth with key ecosystem partners e.g. Google, Microsoft

Be Accenture Song's voice in the market by developing internal and external thought leadership on innovation in the market

Consistently seek and share with the team innovative ways to help elevate client expectations and goals

Basic Qualifications:

Prior experience managing a department, demonstrating the ability to nurture team members and serve as a mentor

Minimum of Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Minimum of 10 years experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), Bing and Facebook/Instagram

Minimum of 10 years client facing, strategic experience with enterprise level clients

Must be certified in Google Ads

Experience with media platforms including Google Ads, Bing, Campaign Manager, SA360 and with the Google suite, Google BigQuery, Google Cloud Platform

Working knowledge of cross channel planning and on integrated marketing teams

Working knowledge of SEO and Analytics

Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment as well as to balance several client needs simultaneously

English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our North America Market. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Diverse experience across categories including B2B and B2C

Experience on complex global accounts

Experience with SQL, PHP, ActionScript

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Passionate about media, data, analytics and technology

Previous experience managing large media accounts at a paid media agency

Strong networking skills both internally and with client and vendor relationships

Ability to take complex solutions and make them simple to explain and digest

Team Player - a positive attitude to help build a good relationship with teammates and to help client growth collaboratively

Advanced skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
