Administrative Manager at 69A Viceroy Rd, Concord, ON. The
Administrative Manager will be primarily accountable for overseeing and coordinating administrative activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of administrative staff. This role is responsible for coordinating our administration system and general workflows, supervising administrative team, and ensuring daily office tasks are completed.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Planning, directing, and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes.
- Implementing relevant internal policies and procedures.
- Supervising daily support operations of administrative team.
- Ensuring smooth flow of information within the company to facilitate business operations.
- Ensuring electronic data and files are properly safeguarded.
- Overseeing and directing office activities, e.g., maintenance and repair, recycling, event planning, meetings, and training sessions.
- Planning and overseeing schedules and deadlines in a variety of administrative activities and developing measures to optimize the processes.
- Overseeing inventory of supplies and purchasing new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
- Monitoring costs and expenses to assist with budget preparation.
- Recruiting and training personnel and assigning duties and responsibilities.
- Providing coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Reviewing operations to ensure their compliance with policies and regulations.
