Position: Customer Service Managing Supervisor
Annual Salary: $70,000 to $75,000
Working hours: full-time 35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
The Customer Service Managing Supervisor will be planning and managing the customer service department. This involves daily decision-making, planning, human resources management, as well as suggestions on customer service improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate day-to-day customer service activities
- Develop customer service policies, procedures and standards as required
- Maintain accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Develop goals and report progress to senior management
- Plan and oversee the department’s budget and expenditures adhere to company policies
- Develop and execute strategic plans to improve customer service, follow up with customer requests, and resolve customer complaints
- Conduct market research to identify industry’s developments, determine customer demand, potential sales volumes, and effect of competitors' operations on sales
- Participate in sales and marketing planning by inputting market trends and customer feedbacks
- Coordinate activities across internal functions as needed
- Recruit, train and coach staff involved working in customer service process
