Century Private School is seeking to recruit a
Marketing Manager who will be responsible for plan, lead and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue up via increase in student enrollment.
About the PositionThis is a challenging full-time position that encourages you to utilize your complete set of skills and experience in marketing, advertising and communications to drive student enrollment up in all programs. You will plan, lead and execute marketing and advertising strategies/activities to drive revenue for the prosperous school in a very rapid growth environment.
Responsibilities- Develops and implements marketing plans
- Manage the marketing team
- Promote strategies to generate student enrollment through partnerships with foreign schools and agencies as well as local schools
- Undertakes competitor research and analyses
- Conducts market research to establish customer trends and habits
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns, utilizing social media presence, digital/print content, company website, social media content, email marketing, digital marketing and other communications to attract students
- Adheres to the school's brand standards to ensure, both internally and externally, all materials adhere to brand positioning, messaging and guidelines
- Monitors web and social analytic to support sales team
- Coordinates the production of the organizations marketing materials including but not limited to direct mail, online copy/updates, house programs, signage, e-newsletters and ancillary marketing materials to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery
- Sources print quotes and manage POs and invoices for Marketing, Communications, and advertising matters
- Coordinates promotional video shoots and provides creative direction for videographers/editors
- Prepare marketing activity reports and regularly communicate the results to the management
- Builds and maintains relationships with all stakeholders
