The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of business, management, or other related fields.
- At least five years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Team player with excellent leadership and customer service skills
- Strong time management, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organization skills and ability to handle multiple duties simultaneously.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and internet.
- Must be high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, and effective communicator.
