Position Overview

The janitorial team is responsible for the overall lodge cleanliness in common areas, including but not limited to cleaning washrooms, vacuuming, mopping, dusting and general cleaning duties at end of day.

Along with a year-round hotel, pub, and dining room, The Lodge at Arrow Lakes is also host to the CMH Kootenay Heli-Skiing operation during winter months. To learn more about The Lodge at Arrow Lakes, please visit the website: The Lodge at Arrow Lakes

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Execute the cleaning of all common areas of the lodge.
  • Provide a professional, highly organized, and excellent attention detail experience.
  • Follow OH&S, food safe, and WHMIS best-practices.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in related field

Working Conditions

  • Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position up to 20 pounds on an occasional basis.
  • This position will be required to work weekends and holidays based on the needs of the business, seasonal workloads, and hotel/restaurant bookings.
