Clean Harbors Fort McMurray, AB is looking for a Heavy-Duty Apprentice Mechanic to join their safety conscious team! You will be responsible for performing a wide variety of repairs and maintenance on all company units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
  • Performing all assigned maintenance and repairs on various types of trucks and equipment;
  • Timely and accurate entry of Work Orders, Inspections and Inventory Sheets;
  • Reliable with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?

  • 3 rd or 4 th year Apprentice Mechanic in Truck and Transport or H.E.T status;
  • CVIP tickets and/or Vac Truck repair experience considered an asset;
  • Experience performing hydraulic repairs and maintenance;
  • Class 5 license required.
