The Position:
As our new Carpenter, your primary role will be to work alongside our team on all residential windows and door projects. You'll ensure that requirements of labour, equipment, and materials are met. You'll also complete the job within deadlines while going above and beyond customer service expectations.
You know your way around several power tools. You're a versatile carpenter who is flexible, adaptable, and always finds ways to overcome tricky installation problems. You keep your work area tidy, safe, and organized and you are always looking for way to maximize materials.
Our customers will appreciate how you anticipate their needs, whether it's a complex installation or a simple fix, you'll make sure they feel catered to. Our customers feel they can trust you within their homes due to your warmth and professionalism.

Working at Aaben Windows and Doors:
This is a full-time permanent position. You are guaranteed a three-day weekend as you'll work Monday through Thursday from 7:00am to 5:30pm. We offer a competitive wage of $43,000 - $48,000 annually with extended medical benefits, RRSP matching, profit-sharing bonuses, and vacation.

Qualifications:
* Experience working in Carpentry and/or installing windows and doors
* Experience in use of hand tools, power tools
* Valid 'G' Drivers License
* General carpentry diploma or certification (asset)
