POSITION OVERVIEW
The Advisor, Demand Generation and Marketing Automation, is responsible for the overall optimization of demand and lead generation activities. He/she monitors and improves the efficiency and conversion rates of the marketing funnel to ensure performance in all stages.
CHALLENGES TO BE MET
Define, implement and optimize demand/lead generation activities.
Monitor marketing funnel to ensure performance and measure conversion in all stages.
Analyze conversion data to identify potential issues and recommend solutions based on best practices.
Support ongoing and punctual campaigns by working collaboratively with channel owners and other stakeholders to recommend and implement optimization and testing programs designed to improve conversion.
Monitor and improve the efficiency and conversion rates of the marketing funnel to ensure performance in all stages.
Ensure monitoring, evolution and optimization of lead nurturing program.
Collaborate with marketing automation technology (e.g., Oracle Eloqua Marketing Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud) and Client Relationship Management technology experts to design and launch successful campaigns.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline
Five to seven years of experience in marketing or marketing-focused projects
Experience in email campaign management, lead management and marketing automation
Experience in multichannel campaigns.
Experience in financial services, marketing or technology/management consulting organizations is an asset
Experience driving the delivery of initiatives where multiple specialists are involved and not reporting to the same team
Strong marketing acumen and a solid understanding of the position of marketing automation and lead management within the organization
Knowledge of Oracle Eloqua Marketing Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud and Microsoft Dynamics CRM are an asset
Ability to work under pressure and to organize work within deadlines
Ability to work with marketing specialists to understand issues, solve them, and implement changes that increase performance
Data analysis skills and attention to detail in the context of lead conversion and management
Excellent business acumen with a dedication to delivering a client-centric experience
Knowledge of Microsoft suite, advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and French
