Our Delivery Systems Consultant role is a post-sales opportunity that ideally sees you call on your talent and technical expertise in enterprise-class computer, storage, and network areas as well as your ability to implement and operationalize projects for our customers.

This role is suitable for those with data center and\or enterprise IT environment experience. The ideal candidate will have general knowledge across common technologies found in the data center (compute, storage, virtualization) as well as general networking knowledge.

What you'll do:

• Perform remote and on-site work deploying data center solutions for various customers
• Participate on a project team and deliver work as outlined in Statements of Work
• During project delivery, identify changing requirements/issues/constraints and communicate them to the Project Manager (PM)
• Provide ad-hoc support for customers, as required
• Log project time, attend a weekly meeting and participate in annual goal setting

What you need to succeed:
Must-have:

• Consultant or customer-facing experience in a tech support role
• 3+ years of experience working in data centers and managing IT environments
• General enterprise networking knowledge
• Ability to work independently as well as work collaboratively in a team environment
• Documentation skills using applications such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, and Word
• Professional demeanor, good communication, strong organizational and time management skills

Nice-to-have:

• Certifications or specific experience in storage, compute or virtualization
• Some knowledge of public cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Some scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, etc)
