What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate the different steps in the recruitment process (from posting to hire).
  • Work with Hiring Managers to ensure job descriptions are up-to-date.
  • Post new positions on job portals, social media and other relevant platforms.
  • Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
  • Conduct phone screening.
  • Review and evaluate applicants' qualifications.
  • Book candidates in zoom interview meetings.
  • Prepare offer letters, conduct background checks and references.
  • Coordinate New Hire orientations.
  • Maintain employee files.
  • Ensure the accuracy of information in the HRIS (BambooHR).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with schools; Cegeps and Universities.
  • Oversee the Internship Program.
  • Coordinate and implement college/university recruiting initiatives, as well as attend career fairs.
  • Manage WorkJam brand presence with candidates.
  • Write social media blogs related to Workjam, Talent Acquisition or other HR related topics.
  • What you need to bring to this position

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; verbal and written (French and English).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with various departments and promote teamwork.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Dynamic, organized and able to set priorities.
  • Sense of urgency and dedication to goals and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of recruiting/human resources work.
  • Familiar with work permit documentation an asset.
