What we are looking for:

The Manager, Talent Development will partner with the Head of Leadership & Talent Development, Head of Culture & Talent Development and Business Leaders to ensure a strong succession workforce planning and preserve the firm's sustainability & Intellectual knowledge.

You will be responsible for the design and delivery of development experiences for a range of emerging and established leaders as well as innovative learning experiences (face-to-face, and live-online) that produce measurable impact and support the talent pipeline of a high performance & agile workforce

Your responsibilities:

  • Co-create, deliver, and elevate succession strategy with a DEI Focus: Identify key successors, high potential contributors, design development tracks and implement retention strategies;
  • Help define management capabilities to drive a high performing global hybrid workforce;
  • Implement and measure Leadership & Coaching Programs for new and established leaders;
  • Provide both strategic and operational support for the design and delivery of a variety of L&D programs that are aligned with our transformation challenges and business priorities;
  • Asses learning and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers, facilitators/trainers, and subject matter experts;
  • Develop specific evaluation and assessment tools to measure impact, including business results, ROI, enhanced talent pipeline, and improved behaviors clearly demonstrated;
  • Work in partnership with peers and senior leaders across each key business unit to identify key performance, skills & knowledge gaps, prioritizing actions and creating business-driven development solutions;
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert: Develop relationships with talent management industry professionals and/or organizations to maintain current market trends. Share talent management, succession planning and talent analytics best practices as well as current trends and innovative new tools and methods to increase the effectiveness;
  • Manage budget, processes invoice and prepares statements of work as required.
  • Must have requirements to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Educational Technology, Leadership/Organization Development (OD), or equivalent;
  • Applicable facilitation and coaching certification(s) strongly desired;
  • Minimum 10 years of Learning & Development, Leadership/OD/OE experience within large organizations
  • Instructional design experience;
  • Expert facilitator capable of consistently and effectively engaging a wide variety of audiences;
  • Deep knowledge of leadership and organization development, change theories, learning models and best practices, instructional design strategies, and learning assessment;
  • Broader organization and leadership development experience in large, global organization;
  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategies into critical talent development initiatives;
  • Excellent written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English. French proficiency is an asset.
