ActiveCo Technology Management is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the branding strategy and content marketing plan with annual local execution. This includes managing the local HubSpot instance, generating content to be leveraged across multiple channels, and supporting internal teams in HubSpot. The role will include implementing campaigns that drive net new and client upsell opportunities. Executing both inbound and outbound campaigns may involve email marketing, social media, development of digital assets, targeted content, and more.
Primary Responsibilities
- Partner with the Director of Digital Marketing and ActiveCo to set up and manage the local instance of HubSpot
- Support the setup of website integration: forms, CTA, HubSpot Plugin and initial workflow for website contacts-to-sales
- Monitor and maintain the HubSpot database as well as move Social Media management through the system
- Create segmented marketing lists and set- up sales pipeline
- Set-up sales pipeline to reflect New Charter standards
- Create a variety of emails using provided templates such as blog subscription, newsletter, webinar invite, etc.
- Support in the creation of an annual marketing plan which consider unique local factors and local company growth goals
- Advise ActiveCo leadership on market specific strategies
- Develop Lead Generation Campaigns
- Propose unique local and regional events and in-person marketing opportunities
- Develop traditional marketing routes, if relevant, like advertising, direct mail
- Create retention marketing plans: client communication and word-of-mouth marketing

- Work to take the buyer's journey content recommendations and create an annual content marketing plan
- Set-up content strategy using HubSpot's SEO strategy tools
- Create annual content calendar (subject to updates quarterly)
- Update or create marketing reporting tools
- Update/create initial lead nurture communication pieces and implement in HubSpot
- Set-Up Google AdWord Campaigns/Update Google AdWord Campaigns (if appropriate)
- Create search engine campaigns
- Designing display retargeting ads
- Optional: Create video and manage YouTube ads
- Make updates to content marketing plan for the quarter
- Complete at least one piece of premium content/long content for lead generation
- Set-up HubSpot workflows for premium content campaigns with A/B Options
- Research keywords and opportunities and update blogging plan
- Update Social Media Campaigns to reflect updated content marketing plan
- Design lead gen ads for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Create retargeting ads for social media
- Report on marketing analytics
- Identify local SEO and online reputation management opportunities for the upcoming quarter
- Optimize Google Ad and social media campaigns
- Write 2-4 pieces of website content (blog) to support the premium content campaign
- Write, schedule and manage social media posts on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram
- Reply and comment on company social media posts daily
- Monitor in-coming online reviews and comment as needed
- Monitor HubSpot leads and help with any sales enablement efforts
Competencies & Skills Required:
- Copywriting and experience with creation of digital assets required
- Experience in B2B marketing environment strongly preferred
- On-Page and Local SEO experience and technical knowledge required
- 5-7+ years of experience running digital marketing campaigns from creation to reporting required
- HubSpot CMS experience, specifically with leads nurturing & workflow automation experience required
- Google AdWords and Social Media Advertising Experience required
- Brand management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising or Communications preferred
- Portfolio of copywriting examples
- Marketing automation experience
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong collaboration skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments with critical deadlines
