Furthermore, we have completed prestigious projects in North America including 160 Folsom, 633 Folsom, and Burlingame Point. In addition to this, GRI has ongoing projects with other fabricators like Alubon in New York, Detroit Hudson with Permasteelisa in Michigan, Alumicor and Window City in Toronto, Canada.
GRI is now looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to oversea its business development activities in Canada and the US.

Job Responsibilities:
- Achievement of Sales & Collection targets established by the management in line with GRI's strategy and values.
- Develop sales strategy after thorough study of the market through existing and potential clientele.
- Successfully achieve targets established by the management.
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods.
- Monitor and keep up to date on market activities and provide relevant reports and information to the management.
- Develop new markets based on market research and analysis.
- Establishing strategy to surpass the competition by exploiting their weaknesses and utilizing GRI's strengths.
- Provide information on company's products to the potential customers.
- Conducting Sales forecast on the basis of intel received from customers.
- Receive enquiries from the customers and provide quotations in line with their requirements.
- Collecting technical inputs such as assembly drawings, aluminum sash, physical samples and other technical details for feasibility study and quotation.
- Coordinate for the new product after taking approval of sample from the customers.
- Successfully convert sales quotation into orders.
- Collaborating internally and externally to deliver excellent service & curated solutions to all customers.
- Ability to meet with customers in case of any dissatisfaction identified during execution process.
- Reporting sales figure or relevant information to management as needed.
- Ensuring actions decided in meetings are taken in timely manner.
- Service excellence standards: Pursue excellence in servicing customers, colleagues and all company personnel.
- Align and demonstrate culture of team building across the organization and with cross functional departments.
- Providing monthly reports in line with the sales department's Key Performing Indicators.
