What you will do: Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Sales Operations Manager plays a critical role in scaling up and operationalizing Binary Stream's sales operations. The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and improving sales team business processes, ensuring efficient workflows to compress and drive excellence in the end-to-end sales cycle. Capitalizing wherever possible on automation, the Sales Operations Manager is a master of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and its best practices. A successful Sales Operations Manager will manage all sales documentation and provide training to existing and new sales representatives. Key Responsibilities: * Design, implement and improve business processes executed by or related to the Sales team. * Streamline operational challenges; package analysis for reports used by sales leadership to shape strategic and operational decisions as well as develop and/ or design tools to improve processes and workflows. * Implement automation of the sales process and continuously monitor results. * Work closely with the VP of Sales to implement ground-level metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of the end-to-end sales cycle. * Create and maintain all sales-related resource material including sales policies, procedures, training manuals, etc. * Developing and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and Key Performance Indicators. * Assist with the onboarding and training process of all new Sales Representatives. * Train the sales team to utilize systems that increase sales efficiency, including CRM and additional sales operations tools. * Assist with the development of Enterprise Account onboarding processes. Technical Skills & Other Requirements: * Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of MS Office products including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. * Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. * Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of LinkedIn Navigator considered an asset. * Superior written and oral English communication skills. * Advanced presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate the value of Binary Stream products in front of customers, and partners at all management levels. * Analytical, data-driven and solutions-focused with a proven track record in leading large-scale data systems initiatives while driving short and long-term revenue goals. * Proficiency with technologies such as remote collaboration tools i.e. VPN, MS Teams, webinars and adept to emerging technology tools. * Experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project., Asana, Smartsheets). * Comfortable and flexible working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and multiple stakeholders. * An ability to streamline and reduce large ACV enterprise to enterprise deals. Education and Experience: * A post-secondary degree in business and/or Information Technology or a college diploma in a similar field. * Intermediate to advanced knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies ie. Catalyst, Solution Selling, Spin Selling, etc. * 4+ years of B2B sales or operations experience * Experience with enterprise software or SAAS business solutions and their sales methodologies. * Understanding of Microsoft's partner channel and partnerships with System Integrators and ISV's. * Previous ERP platform experience specifically with Microsoft Dynamics GP, Finance & Operations, and Business Central, would be considered an asset.
