What you will do: Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Senior Partner Success Manager is responsible for promoting the sale of Binary Stream products and services through the Global Microsoft Dynamics (D365 Business Central, D365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics GP) reseller channel as well as working directly with Microsoft on our most strategic opportunities. Successful Senior Partner Success Managers continually strive to both strengthen their existing partnerships, and to build new ones as well. Individuals in this role will collaborate with other departments including Marketing, Development, Finance and Administration to drive initiatives that will build and strengthen the strategic relationships they have with their reseller partners as well as Microsoft. This is a senior account management position, responsible for managing Binary Streams potentially largest customers. Primary Duties and Responsibilities * Own the relationship with Microsoft Value Added Resellers (VAR), System Integrators (SI), and other ISV's within a defined global territory, as well as the Microsoft direct sales channel. * Grow incremental business by expanding the Binary Stream footprint in existing reseller Partners and by sourcing, developing/cultivating new Partners within a defined global named account territory. * Coordinate joint marketing and sales programs with reseller Partners in conjunction with the Binary Stream marketing team. * Actively participate in the Binary Stream presence at various global Conventions, Trade Shows, Industry events and reseller Partner hosted events. * Manage the end to end sales cycle in closing sales of Binary Stream products and services in conjunction with reseller Partners including capturing detailed requirements, preparing of quotes and proposals, and interfacing with the finance department to facilitate the invoicing process. * Coordinate account support functions including the planning and delegation of appropriate pre-sales resources against specific opportunities. * Assume 360 degree sales account ownership for partners and their end-customers including the lead qualification process and keeping all relevant opportunities current in Dynamics CRM. * Maintain and keep safe the records, files, assets, and property of Binary Stream Software Inc., its customers, clients and resellers, in Dynamics CRM. * Required to travel as needed. Measures of Success * Exceed all sales metrics targets including: ** Quota targets by solution ** Partner growth objectives * Maintain an accurate sales funnel in Dynamics CRM. * Work well with the extended Binary Stream team. * Support the Binary Stream culture and values. Technical Skills & Other Requirements * Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of MS Office products including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ideally Dynamics CRM. * Superior written and oral English communication skills. * Strong mathematical skills re: costing / estimating projects, and strategic planning skills. * Advanced presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate the value of Binary Stream products in front of customers, and partners at all management levels. * Proficiency with technologies such as remote collaboration tools i.e. VPN, MS Teams, webinars, and adept to emerging technology tools. * A solid understanding of the strategic planning process and major account management. Education and Experience * A post-secondary degree in business and/or Information Technology or a similar field. * More than 10 years B2B Enterprise software sales experience, in a senior sales or sales management position. * Understanding of Microsoft channel and partnerships with Value Added Resellers (VARs), System Integrators (SI's) and the Microsoft Integrated Software Vendor community (ISV's) a definite asset. * Previous ERP platform experience ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365, GP, D365 Business Central (NAV), or D365 Finance & Operations (AX) or another large Enterprise ERP solution. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of accounting.
