Business Analyst with Telecom MSO OSS BSS background. 3. Shift: 9AM to 6PM EST. 4. Roles & responsibilities: Telecom MSO OSS BSS background. Service Order Management Provisioning Middleware Inventory Management. - Review Concept Document Requirement Elicitation with Product team - Review requirements and Use Cases with Product Teams and other Technology Teams (Domain) - Drive Scoring and Claiming with all the impacted teams and obtaining the approvals - Confirm E2E SRS Document scope and create Project SRS Document - Facilitate Joint Analysis and design meetings with Technology and other teams - Facilitate formal SRS review and obtain approval - Working with Security Product Service Assurance and Ops teams for BRD completeness - Drive review and finalization of OM MACD Issue management process flows - BRD Change management if applicable - Deployment readiness review - Requirement Traceability Matrix - BRQ/ Test Cases - Review QA and UAT plans for coverage - Support Dev QA Env and UAT queries - Experience in Cable MSO/Telecom - preferably in OSS/BSS area. - Knowledge of writing Business cases Business Requirement Documents. - Knowledge of User stories and how to create them. - Understand client brief and translate it into effective content for digital media - Conceptualize and write for the web and social channels using an engaging active tone - Ideate and Visualize to write video scripts voice over and story board - Ability to conduct research and gather appropriate information from relevant sources to create content on variety of topics - Understand the target audience and generate succinct fact filled content for websites - Adapt writing style as per target audience
