Job Description:

Adecco is currently hiring a Compliance Coordinator in Toronto, ON. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the national sales team with setting up new national customers in Adecco's system of record, provides reporting as contracted, and ongoing account maintenance, while maintaining superior levels of customer satisfaction.

To work in our fast-paced organization, the ideal candidate will need to pride themselves in their customer service skills, has strong attention to detail and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products and CRM systems.

Functions of the Compliance Coordinator include:

Under the guidance of the Manager, Contract Administration, Compliance and Reporting, prepares and submits setup documentation for all national VMS and non-VMS customers for account setup and activation including pricing file, screening file, and fee file as necessary.

Responsible for processing all changes to a national account setup and communicating in a timely manner to all affected parties.

Processes pricing and screening exceptions and prepares rebate requests as required.

Provides regularly scheduled reporting to internal and external stakeholders per contractual agreements.

Drafts account specific webdocs ensuring all pertinent information is included and posts on appropriate sites.

Acts as the first point of contact for all national accounts related inquiries, liaising with the branch network and the U.S. contract administration team on a regular basis.

Ensures all contractual SLAs are met.

National Compliance Coordinator Requirements:

Completion of post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.
Two (2) years related experience preferably within a service-oriented environment.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office products and experience with CRM systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, along with an ability to influence and motivate others.
Superior organizational skills. While meeting deadlines consistently, proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize new tasks and find efficiencies.
Constantly high levels of customer service performance, with an ability to build strong relationships.
Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
