Job Description:

We have a full time position open for a National Sales Executive in Toronto, ON. In this role, you will source, develop and secure profitable new enterprise business to maximize Adecco's growth potential. This is a remote work opportunity and bilingualism (French/English) is a strong asset.

As a qualified candidate, you have proven new business development skills with a willingness to prospect, lead and close big deals; you are a strategic thinker and have strong relationship building capabilities. You understand the evolving needs of clients in the marketplace as they relate to staffing and have a strong understanding of multiple workforce solutions including RPO/mass recruitment, onsite solutions and Master Vendor/Supplier programs.

National Sales Executive job duties and responsibilities:

- Conducts lead generation activities, needs analysis investigation, face to face and virtual sales calls and participates in networking activities to ensure Adecco maximizes their presence in the marketplace and creates new market opportunities.

- Develops strategic account plans, strategies and forecasts to achieve annual personal and Company new sales/gross margin dollar objectives.

- Participates in senior level sales presentations and works closely with the National Sales team to provide information on pricing, burdens and gross margin dollar objectives as required for RFP and RFI purposes.

- Negotiates designated account contracts and ensures that all approved contract terms, conditions and revenue goals are met.

- Meets with key client decision-makers on a regular basis to enhance Adecco's position, bring added-value service to the relationship and provide information on new services. Acts as the senior level contact to resolve significant problems and maintain overall customer satisfaction.

- Works closely with the Global Sales and North American Sales departments to ensure sales opportunities are communicated between countries in an efficient and timely manner.

National Sales Executive Qualifications:

- Completion of post-secondary education or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility
- A minimum of 5 years sales experience required, ideally selling at the enterprise level
- English language proficiency a must. French language proficiency is a strong asset.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM an asset.
- Working knowledge of Canadian Labour laws an asset.
