Our client, a growing organization in the Alberta Market, is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team. This brokerage provides a welcoming work environment and all of the tools you need to thrive. The successful candidate will have great communication skills, especially on the phone, the ability to work independently, and a service-oriented mindset.


  • Provide service to your own book of business for both home and auto policies
  • Prepare quotes and sell new policies as required based on incoming calls
  • Develop and manage relationships with underwriters.
  • Collect receivables and handle payment transactions.
  • Process changes and issue insurance documents.
  • Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Personal Lines experience
  • Level 1 Insurance License minimum
  • CAIB or CIP Designation or working towards it would be considered an asset
  • Must be client focused with outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently with low supervision
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
