Our client, a growing organization in the Alberta Market, is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have great communication skills, especially on the phone, the ability to work independently, and a service-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
Provide service to your own book of business for both home and auto policies Prepare quotes and sell new policies as required based on incoming calls Develop and manage relationships with underwriters. Collect receivables and handle payment transactions. Process changes and issue insurance documents. Qualifications:
