Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and collecting client documentation per lender requirements
- Ensure funding deadlines are met
- Preparing document packages for client signing
- Ordering and reviewing appraisals
- Submitting documentation to lenders/lawyers
- Ensuring all lender conditions are fulfilled prior to closing
- Communicating with in-house agents, lenders, lawyers and clients on a daily basis
Skills/Qualifications:
- 2+ years of mortgage experience in document collection/fulfillment and completing/closing mortgage files
- Self starter, ability to multi-task, and work under tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in the following systems, Filogix and MS Office
