Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and collecting client documentation per lender requirements

  • Ensure funding deadlines are met

  • Preparing document packages for client signing

  • Ordering and reviewing appraisals

  • Submitting documentation to lenders/lawyers

  • Ensuring all lender conditions are fulfilled prior to closing

  • Communicating with in-house agents, lenders, lawyers and clients on a daily basis


  • 2+ years of mortgage experience in document collection/fulfillment and completing/closing mortgage files

  • Self starter, ability to multi-task, and work under tight deadlines

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in the following systems, Filogix and MS Office
