This successful candidate in this position is essentially responsible for being client facing, while being very organized in providing administrative services for the organization.
Specific Responsibilities:
Operating a multi-line telephone system Greeting and directing visitors Processing incoming/outgoing mail Arranging for couriers Ordering stationery supplies Maintaining office equipment Performing data entry as necessary Ensuring the front office area is tidy and welcoming Other general office duties as required Specific Requirements:
