Adecco is currently hiring for an Onsite Supervisor to join our Onsite Managed Services team in Oshawa, ON.

Using various methods, the Supervisor, develops, implements and monitors strategies for client retention and service delivery ensuring that the needs of a designated OMS account are fulfilled and that client expectations are exceeded. The Supervisor oversees the OMS staff and provides coaching as needed. We are seeking people who are proactive in initiating the maintenance and improvement of service quality to the client.

Onsite Supervisor Responsibilities:

Implements and maintains all new and established operational procedures that affect client service delivery to ensure the account is operationally compliant and utilizing Adecco's technology to its full capacity.

Distributes, collects and analyses client and candidate satisfaction surveys, follows up on poor results and implements processes for improvement.

In conjunction with the manager, develops and implements recruitment strategies by analyzing current market trends to ensure the needs of the client are met.

Together the manager, establishes a retention strategy to ensure the client retention goals of the account are met.

Provides high levels of customer service to the client and acts as the main escalation point for client issues and problem resolution.

Identifies new business opportunities within the account through needs analysis and continuous client contact.

Assists with conducting the quarterly business reviews for the account.

In conjunction with the manager, supervises and directs the work activities of the partnership staff, coaching, developing and providing feedback when required.

Ensures measures are in place to support the DSO goals of the account.

Fills and services specific client orders as required based on the needs of the account.

Performs other duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

Onsite Supervisor Requirements and Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.
Minimum three (3) years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience within a recruitment, client services, or operational role
Supervisory/management experience an asset, preferably in a service oriented environment.
Working knowledge of labour and employment laws
Experience/knowledge of general Human Resources practices an asset
Proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail applications.
