How does leading a high-level, international SRE team-while being the guiding voice on processes for the entire company-sound to you?
With hundreds of employees and a presence across North America and Europe, A rising star in the global experience industry's product has proven to be a hit. The key for the Manager joining this project is to be ready to work at an accelerating scale- the company has had a recent valuation in the billions, and is only expected to grow.
You will be inheriting a dedicated SRE team of 5, and while the majority of the work will be focused on leadership and strategic goals, a hands-on background with cutting edge tools is necessary.
To really have your application stand out, a candidate will have managed teams working extensively with monitoring production systems in the past, as well as having led Kubernetes in an early-stage environment. Infrastructure-As-Code will be conducted using Terraform, but experience with other tools in this space will be a definite asset.

Required Skills & Experience
- Previous hands-on experience managing DevOps/SRE Team in Start-Up environment (A-Z)
- Advanced Kubernetes proficency
- Experience Hiring/On-Boarding/Training SREs
- Proven success establishing Monitoring/reliability protocols and best practices across org.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Previous success managing Remote Engineering teams (5+ Engineers) a plus
- Coding/Software Development background a big asset

The Offer
- Competitive Salary: Up to $310K/year, DOE
