Talent.com is actively looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist.

What you'll do:

• Create, monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns (mainly Facebook Ads) across various languages and countries;
• Brief creative teams and develop campaign creative assets;
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and optimize future initiatives;
• Recommend new strategies based on data and testing;
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights;
• Collaborate with other team members to continue to meet and exceed the goals;
• Create easy to read reports on campaign ROI & revenue analysis;
• Assist with other digital marketing projects as requested.

What you bring:

• You have a Bachelor in Communications, Marketing or Business;
• You have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing, e-commerce, or marketing communications field;
• You already created and managed marketing campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads;
• You take decisions based on the results of your campaigns.
• You demonstrate strong analytical skills and sound judgment;
• You can communicate effectively, verbally, and especially through writing;
• You are proactive and resourceful - curious problem solver with can-do attitude.
