We are looking for a strategic-focused, Clinical Supervisor with extensive managerial experience who is willing to lead and manage a growing clinical team and collaborate with other professionals.
As the clinical supervisor, you will accomplish department objectives by managing the clinical team, evaluating department activities and day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for providing clinical leadership to staff about programming through ongoing supervision, training, and mentoring to ensure the highest level of workplace compliance and performance standards.
The successful candidate will possess an energetic and positive demeanour with strong leadership and team building skills with an aptitude for decision making. Top candidates will be organized, knowledgeable, and excellent communicators.
Education/Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
- Has completed the minimum 3000 supervision hours required to serve as a clinical supervisor as outlined by the OAP program
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages the day-to-day operations including assisting the director with creating and managing client/employee schedules
- Reviews and approves behaviour support plans and protocols, and is responsible for ongoing monitoring of the design and delivery of plans/protocols that are consistent with the BACB and the College of Psychologists, as well as the Ontario Autism Program
- Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, quality improvement and productivity standards
- Conducts monthly clinical supervision of direct service delivery and implementation of behaviour plans as needed for a caseload of learners
