Job Description:

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.



  • Develop an annual budget and operating plan, monitor and ensure teams operate within the approved budgets.
  • Champions project management disciplines and provides the processes, structures, and tools for individual project management and program management across the Department.
  • Maintain high delivery standards and continually identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop funding proposals for technology to ensure the continuous delivery of services.
  • Partner with the Business/functional teams to ensure that the definition, documentation, measurement, maintenance and ownership of key business processes are clearly defined.
  • Understand and effectively leverage best practice change management methods, tools, and approaches.
  • Provides oversight and direction to cross functional teams with necessary skills in process excellence, project management, facilitation and problem solving.
  • Responsible for identifying capacity, pacing, resourcing issues and any risks or concerns needing
  • leadership attention or intervention.
  • Identify and evaluate risks while taking appropriate action to manage, communicate and control.
  • University Degree in Information Technology or equivalent, Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred.
  • 7+ years senior/executive experience in delivering large/complex technology portfolios containing multiple projects or products.
  • Mastery of Project Management capabilities for both Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies
  • Financial/business modeling and analysis skills.
  • Superb written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable benefits to an organization; successfully executing milestones and commitments.
  • First-hand software architecture or development experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing Services sector a plus.
  • Superior relationship management, team building, executive interface, and leadership competencies, working in concert across cross-functional teams from administration to executive leadership.
