We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.

• Act as an advisor, delivering a coherent and compelling narrative after drawing insights and conclusions from actuarial analyses.
• Consult with brokers on client needs and advise on reinsurance program alternatives based on risk tolerances and industry trends
• Build reinsurance structure analyses (leveraging proprietary software) that assess and reflect a wide range of risks and exposures, articulate assumptions, describe outcomes, and compare and contrast alternatives
• Evaluate and communicate reinsurance-related risk by interrogating data, performing experience and exposure rating, and understanding the drivers of the result

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance or related field
• FCAS designation (or near completion) with 5+ years P&C work experience
• The ability to learn, adapt, and problem-solve.
• Excellent communication skills, a teamwork orientation, and an advisory mindset
• An orientation to lead the actuarial analysis as a part of a client account team.
