We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

• Provide leadership and vision to define product/portfolio strategies, identify new markets, and growth opportunities
• Develop and drive Canada Insurance industry thought leadership and visibility of our solutions in the market
• Own Applied Canada product roadmaps and drive requirements to meet evolving customer needs and the competitive landscape
• Research and refine product strategy, and ensure well-researched, data-informed execution across product releases
• Establish best practices and implement world-class product management processes in order to meet the demands and quality standards expected by enterprise customers
• Align the vision with the overall company goals and vision
• Lead and support M&A activities and other key projects in the Canadian market.
• Work with Product Development to lead the development process from inception to product delivery to ensure that product releases are delivered on time, on scope and with quality

• 5+ years of experience managing a sizeable product team
• Experience as product leader in the Agile / Scrum model of product development
• Full responsibility of the product lifecycle and development
• Experience in software product launches and go-to-market strategy
• Ability to view issues and concerns from multiple perspectives while keeping the "big picture" in focus
• Strong awareness of technology trends and their potential influence
• Strong teaming skills and experience to bring together diverse views
• Creates an inclusive, collaborative and fun way of sharing experience and learnings working closely with UX, development, QA and marketing
