We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

• Leadership to Identify and Eliminate Waste across Product, Package and Process dimensions. Deliver improved manufacturing layout and product flows within lines, and across plants;
• Leadership to drive Loss Elimination, Failure Analysis, Root Cause Problem Solving and a Relentless Focus on the development of Manufacturing Standards to ensure Sustainable Plant Performance - including the Training and Qualification of Equipment Operators

• Experience delivering Breakthrough improvement in Operational Results and Sustained Performance across a multi-plant Organization - including the Training and Qualification of Plant Managers, Supervisors and Equipment Operators;
• Experience implementing and leading LEAN, TPM (AM/PM/FI) and Line Reliability/OEE methodologies across Organizations;
• Experience building Organization Capability to drive Root Cause Problem Solving, Waste Elimination, Equipment Breakdown Elimination and Operator Skill Qualification and Development;
• Experience Leading Organizations - Building and Growing Talent, Driving Breakthrough in Capability;
• A proven Passion for Standards Development, Standards Improvement, Standards Execution;
• Detail oriented, Analytical Thinker, very strong Problem-Solving skills;
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or Chemical Engineering;
• 8-10 years of experience Leading in Manufacturing.
