We're looking for a
Manager, E&O, D&O and Crime to join our growing team!
As a
Manager, E&O, D&O and Crime, you will join the management team, in our Specialty Solutions business unit, and work with our Quebec E&O, D&O and Crime Specialists.
We're looking for an applicant who can foster engagement, build trust, create meaning and champion the company's vision and values. You will provide technical support by answering employee questions on insurance coverage and liability, help achieve the company's objectives and effectively manage operations, workforce planning and budgets while prioritizing customer service.

Qualifications
What you bring to the table: - Hold a 5A claims adjuster certificate (BA in management, finance or law an asset)
- Highly skilled and proficient in E&O, D&O and Crime insurance contract analysis
- Team leader, able to build trust, adaptable, effective communicator, independent
- Strong expertise in E&O, D&O and Crime claims
- Demonstrated initiative, strategic decision making, coaching skills
- Actively support strategic decisions
- Able to create an open and values-driven environment
- Bilingual (spoken and written)
