- Providing leadership and guidance to business leaders to identify and drive outcomes that are aligned to stakeholder and corporate priorities, including: Developing business strategies for key autonomous vehicles in Canada and IoT customer segments who are operating from outside Canada
- Lead sales revenue opportunities to drive future growth
- Participate in sales planning sessions in support of integrated strategy
- Fostering a high performance and highly engaged team culture by inspiring, coaching and development of team members to achieve their careers goals, and shaping the next generation of sales professionals
- Valued for your 10+ years of sales experience managing global technology companies, especially autonomous vehicle/IoT and 5+ years leading Senior Sales account managers
- Knowledge of the autonomous vehicle/global IoT industry and its players. Appreciated for having broad understanding of the technology and emerging trends in the industry
- Experience in business development, including collaborating with product, marketing, engineering and legal teams. Comfortable making decisions based on partial information is highly recommended
- Regarded as a strategic thinker with strong business and financial acumen who drives innovation, change and process improvements
- Known as an inspiring leader who coaches and develops team members, cultivating a highly engaged and high performance team
- Regarded as an exceptional communicator, influencer and negotiator, able to build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leaders
- Sought out for your ability to seek, analyze and translate facts, data and intelligence into key insights, concepts and recommendations
