Professional, standardized and systematic tea-making process allows our tea served with Kung Fu style and became one of the most popular bubble tea shops in Toronto.

Kung Fu Tea on Yonge, North York ON, is now seeking for a highly motivated candidate with good leadership skills to join our team.

Job Title: Shift Supervisor

• Supervise and ensure staff to work according to operating procedure;
• Ensure food and service meet quality control standards, lead to offer excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction;
• Coordinate and communicate with staff to ensure on-job duties and safety procedures training were well received;
• Establish procedures and arrange staff's schedule;
• Assistant on order ingredients and supplies to ensure the shop is well stocked and place orders accordingly;
• Communicate and maintain good relationship with customers and suppliers, proactive for problem solving to reach customer satisfaction;
• Ensure the shop is clean and equipment are maintained, trouble shooting equipment in needs;
• Assist on staff selection; assist on the shop's updating on policies and procedures to align with headquarter guidelines;
• Create special order upon client's request;
• Participate in marketing and promotion activities;
• Provide suggestions on products and services based on customers' feedback and interest

Job Requirements:

• Secondary school completion;
• One year food service supervisor experiences ;
• Familiar with online/offline ordering system;
• Take responsibilities and can work in a fast paced environment under pressure;
• Excellent communicate skills with a friendly and respectful manner;
• A strong team player willing to grow with co-workers and the shop;
• Self motivated, client oriented with flexible attitude;
• Can communicate smoothly and effectively in English;
• Be able to work through 5pm-12am shift with weekdays, weekends and holidays availability.

Work Location: 4893 Yonge St. North York, ON M2N 5N4

Hours of Work: Full time, 35 - 40 hours per week

Compensation: $16 per hour
