About us
Located in Kinston, ON, Dolans Vaping provide customers with a wide range of vaping products with different types and different flavors to meet needs and preference of different customer groups. We are now seeking an experienced store manager to manage and operate the store to achieve higher business growth.
Responsibility
- Overall manage daily operation of the store and manage all kinds of business-related activities
- Develop sales strategies, marketing strategies and monthly sales plan, and lead the team to achieve sales goals
- Direct sales team members, assign daily tasks to them and supervise them to perform their duties
- Provide perfect service to customers, timely respond to their needs and requirements as to increase satisfaction
- Conduct market research on market trends, customers' preference, competitors, potential clients and so on, and advice on improving products category and sales strategies
- According to sales volume and customers' demand, determine products to be sold, and adjust price and preferential policy
- Source and select suppliers and vendors, make enquiry, and negotiate to procure products at a reasonable price
- Prepare budget plan of the store, check, and approve expenditures, record, and examine costs and revenue on weekly basis.
- Research and evaluate customer satisfaction, and make improvement of customer service mode and standards
- Recruit staffs, arrange training, assign and assess employees' works
Qualifications
- Complete secondary diploma
- 5+ years of managing and leading sales team in retail or wholesale business
- 2+ years' experience in business such as electronic cigarette, cigarette or related field will be an asset
- Business-focused sense and strong customer services awareness in a customer-facing sales setting
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills to manage internal and external relationships at a variety of levels
- Proven ability to make progress of sales in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to encourage and improve performance of team members and create a supportive, high-performance culture within the store
- Flexible to work in evenings and weekends when needed
