Job Description:

Our Laboratory provides biotechnological methodologies to perform safety and efficacy testing, microbiological analyses, regulatory consulting and product research and development (R&D) .

We are currently seeking a Laboratory Technical Manager/Regulatory Affairs.

You have :

- A degree in chemistry, biology, pharmacy or related sciences
-10 years of previous experience in a testing laboratory setting and at least 5 years in managing and supervising activities (analytical chemistry, microbiology, cell biology)
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of consumer products and/or OTC testing
- A deep knowledge of GLP/GMP SOP and systems (Health Canada/FDA)
- Regulatory expertise in one or more of the following fields: Cosmetics/OTC/Medical devices/NP/Biocides
- Good knowledge of statistical tools and softwares to elaborate data

Your tasks will be :

- To ensure that product testing protocols reflect customer and regulatory requirements and meet industry best practice standards.
- To manage the strategic and operational performance of the Technical Department ensuring the quality practices.
- Be the technical liaison between the laboratory and the commercial team
- Understanding and reviewing procedure for all the departments in the lab and perform the protocol' s Validation.
- Operate communication with consultants for regulatory matters.
- Sometimes involved in technical call with the clients.
- Spread best development practices.
- Help with setting up build systems and metrics
