Outdoor Lead Hand / Crew Supervisor

Classic Displays is looking for a lead hand or crew supervisor to aid in the safe installation of the products we make and service. Classic Displays has been in operation since 1977. We have three divisions where we manufacture Site Furnishings (park benches, recycling stations, bike racks) Flags and Banners and Christmas Decor for commercial and downtown installations. Most importantly we are looking for someone to fully believe that we work for our customer and customer experience is the fabric which binds our business.

Qualifications & Requirements

Leadership skills, experience running a crew, with plenty of overtime work available.

Good with their hands as well as tools, such as chop saws, drills and air ratchets

Able to lift at least 50 lbs

A positive attitude and works well with others

Enjoys working outdoors to install our Christmas, street furniture and flag and banner products.

Valid "G" license in good standing

Read, write and speak English

No fear of heights and good on a ladder

Able and willing to work in the warehouse with our production team if needed

Able and willing to work nights and or weekends as required

Additional Assets

background in sign installation, rigging or electrical

Ontario Working at Heights

Crane /boom truck experience

Experience with scissor lifts, forklifts

aerial lift (bucket truck) experience

Experience driving larger and heavy duty vehicles

40+ hours per week. Pay rate is based on overall experience. Overtime Available

Day time shifts February through to October

Shifts run through the overnight. October through January
