Innovative Occupational Therapy Services is a private Occupational Therapy only practice. Our primary goal is to assist our therapists in developing their professional practice abilities to better support our clients. Innovative provides the team of over 40 OT's, with biweekly educational training presentations, weekly management supports, and a portal of treatment/assessment resources. We have a reputation for providing quality services to our clients, through this mentorship model. We believe in the value of Occupational Therapy and are advocates for our profession.

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated therapists to join and grow with our practice.

Position Requirements:

· Interest in working with clients who have sustained traumatic injuries

· Assess and treat clients virtually and in the community

· Possess a strong aptitude for report writing and attention to detail is a must

· A Masters Degree or recognized equivalent in Occupational Therapy. Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario. Provisional graduates are welcome to also apply. We are also seeking OTs with MVA experience for the completion of Future Cost of Care reports.

· Treatment of acquired brain injuries, spinal cord injury, amputations, chronic pain, complex orthopaedic injuries, etc.… (OT's have the flexibility to choose an area of practice preference)

· Assessment Reports (Assessments of Attendant Care Needs, Future Cost of Care, Slip & Fall Report, Worksite Assessments, etc.)
