The Position: We're looking for a full time Order Picker/Packer - Monday - Friday day shifts

Requirements:

· Legally work in Canada

· Background in order picking/packing in a frozen enviroment is an asset.

· Ability to organize, work on your own or with a team

· Willing to learn, adapt and adjust on the fly if needed - quick thinkers wanted

· Willing to adhere to all safety precautions - regular safety rules in effect, along with observation of all COVID-19 health, safety and sanitation practices - use of gloves at all times, wearing a non medical mask or face covering when social distancing is not possible, hand washing, sanitizing work areas, etc.

Responsibilities:

· Receiving of orders - auditing product as to spec, quality, correct weights, etc.

· Understanding of FIFO, food storage when putting orders away

· Packing of orders - accuracy, speed and an eye for quality assurance required.

· Ability to work in a freezer environment

· Auditing of packed orders, inventory as needed - CSA approved safety shoes are mandatory at all times in warehouse area.

· Loading of company vehicle for daily deliveries.

· Other tasks as assigned by management team.

The Location: ButcherBox.ca is based in south Mississauga, our main office is close to major bus routes, coffee shops, restaurants, a grocery store, a pharmacy, and more!
