Job Description:
The Paid Social Analyst will be the in-house subject matter expert on paid social and will plan and implement all related activities for Bath Fitter. This role will report to the Media Supervisor and support the client-facing Marketing Strategists on all Corporate paid social media. The Paid Social Analyst will be responsible for lead generation through paid social platforms as well as the assessment, optimization and reporting of all paid social performance. Tasks and Responsabilities
Responsible for lead generation through paid social campaigns on Facebook andamp; Instagram, along with other platforms like Pinterest, LinkedIn and more. Includes the planning, execution and optimization of all paid social campaigns for multiple business locations and segments. Optimize paid social campaigns through A/B testing of creative, new ad formats, audience building etc. Manage budget pacing and maximize spend based on conversion and sales performance. Ensure proper tracking and audience building throughout the campaign. Monitor post-click performance through call andamp; conversion tracking + back-end CRM performance. Identify, establish and create dashboards for KPIs related to paid social. Run weekly and monthly performance reports with detail analyses and insights. Manage external channel partner relationships with Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and others. Work with IT partners to implement UTMs, along with changes to landing page, local page andamp; home page. Support client management team as required on location calls providing campaign and tactical insights. Liaison with Campaign Coordinator to implement Paid Social campaigns, ensuring proper campaign tracking setup. Understand and stay up to date on digital media trends and best practices and identify opportunities to utilize within Bath Fitter ecosystem. Job Requirements University Degree in Business or Commerce, Marketing or equivalent. 3 - 5 years as a Paid Social Specialist, agency or client-side, responsible for the planning, execution and optimization of campaigns Facebook Blueprint Certified Google Analytics Certified Experience setting up an account, launching different campaign types (lead ad, carousel, video etc.), optimizing CPM/CPC and CPA, running creative tests, and leveraging different tools to optimize performance. Experience implementing tracking pixels (Google Tag Manager) Experience setting up phone tracking and lead form tracking is an asset Experience with different ad servers and trafficking. Experience with a CRM system or other data driven system. Advanced knowledge of Google AdWords, Analytics, Google Tag Manager. Expert knowledge of digital media buying platforms. Advanced skill set in MS Office applications. Demonstrated Skills Solid analytical skills, ability to gather and interpret insights and propose relevant recommendations. Tactical strategist, with ability to plan the big picture with strength in executing and optimizing campaigns. Exceptional communication skills, working with many levels within the organization. Excellent project management skills, strong attention to detail and an ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines. Bilingualism, French and English (written and spoken). English is a must.
