Job Description:
The eLearning Content Developer is responsible for advising the subject matter expert on developing innovative adult learning best practices as well as designing, updating and maintaining learning solutions that are engaging and aligned with Bath Fitter's business needs to help our technical teams succeed in their job. This position will support content creation for multiple learning modalities (instructor-led, webinars, videos, etc.), but will be primarily focused on online content creation. The eLearning content developer will design the broad online of the course, research pedagogical approaches and determine what type of skills or knowledge the learner needs to know. Tasks and Responsabilities
Integrate adult learning best practices and thought leadership into eLearning courses Create engaging training across multiple mediums and multiple learning styles Design, develop, update and maintain engaging training utilizing technical and creative writing and various training modalities and engaging formats including but not limited to: mobile, online, video, courses, games, quizzes and via other broad reach vehicles using grounded adult learning principles. Develop learning path when it comes to the creation of evaluations. Coach, advise and counsel the training team and internal partners on learning best practices Write the proper objectives, skills, competencies for each training needs. Be a leader in eLearning design and adult learning theory Produce eLearning courses on time and on budget and align those programs with an overall learning outcomes strategy Work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment Address changes and feedback to course deliverables in a timely manner Evaluate training outcomes based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Ensure quality and seamless learning experience is reflected in course content. Job Requirements 5+ years training design experience creating blended learning solutions both instructor-led and self-paces training; Bachelor's degree in pedagogy, learning technologies, training or related fields; A passion for storytelling and user experience; Strong Communication skills and a successful history utilizing authoring tools to build eLearning courses and demonstration; Demonstrated research and development skills in education, especially in the field of pedagogy Experience in project management
