Responsibilities
As an Account Manager, you will:
- Drive upsells, cross-sells, and consistent renewals of industry-leading software solutions to achieve sales targets
- Own a book of business with assigned clients that you are responsible for selling, supporting, educating, and growing through regular, systematic touchpoints
- Increase sales by driving product adoption and managing escalation, thereby ensuring retention and long-term satisfaction
- Be responsible for exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue/sales targets
Requirements
Required:
- 1-4 years inside or outside sales experience in a metrics-driven environment
- Has a demonstrated ability to exceed sales goals
- Thrives in a fast-paced yet highly rewarding sales environment
- A motivated, coachable, and competitive go-getter, a resilient achiever driven to win and excel
- An energetic team player with exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience in Tech or Software as a Service (SaaS) sales
- Exposure to CRM applications to successfully manage leads, opportunities, and accounts
- SalesForce experience
