• 5 - 10 + years of leadership experience within a manufacturing facility
• Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering or manufacturing
• Mentoring, training skill set.
• Strong leadership and people management.
• Good verbal and written skills.
• Solid troubleshooting skills
• Project management experience required
