- Minimum of 20 years industry experience with a minimum of 10 years in project management and project delivery
- Track record of leading technical business functions and/or project teams within a design, engineering, engineering-construction or consultancy context.
- Experiences with Alliances projects
- Interfaces with client representatives, architect representatives, union officials, subcontractors,security, etc, under an Alliance delivery framework in an open and transparent way.
- Reputation for collaborative working and building and leading highly effectively teams of consultants, engineers and technical specialists
- Experience of holding budgetary, commercial and contractual responsibilities
- Strong client focus and a desire to achieve results including the ability to manage multiple priorities and time lines.
- Working knowledge of all applicable codes and industry standards
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to make decisions using sound business judgment
