What we do:
- Engage retail staff by providing an intuitive workflow and holistic customer lifecycle and outreach strategy that allows retail sales reps to reach out to customers directly.
- Enable stores to stay in touch with local prospects and current customers using 1:1 conversations via messaging or phone.
- Motivates and empowers teams by connecting the dots between the outreach they do and the return they get, demonstrating that with the proper coaching and messaging they can have an incredible 10% increase in same-store sales.

- Millions of retail workers are handed a broom or they're left unsupervised and resort to keeping up with their Snap streaks during the 8 hours they are idle each week. We challenge this status quo by empowering them to increase sales themselves and ultimately make more money.
- Millions of customers of wireless carriers and technology retailers want a better customer experience that is personal, proactive and timely.
- Customers and retail reps want to engage via messaging. 89% of shoppers want two-way conversations with brands and local businesses, via messaging and 83% of shoppers say they expect regular communication about their past purchases. Similarly, retail reps are uncomfortable with cold calls and prefer to start conversations in a medium that is more natural for them.

This role is not just about sales, but it's teaching the market a whole new way for them to activate their people to build stronger customer relationships in ways that are modern, mobile and more convenient. If this is up to your alley, we want to hear from you.

This position is currently remote; accepting applicants all across Canada
You Will be Successful in this Role if:
  • Are comfortable creating a prospect list of key large accounts and identifying key influencers within the organization
  • Know how to build a business case that proves ROI and the cost of not using a better process sooner
  • Are comfortable talking across various departments or functions within a prospective account in order to build a business case and develop consensus
  • Have an ability to identify opportunities proactively in order to become a trusted advisor
  • Naturally create lasting relationships with clients and influencers and prefer not to think of a sale as just a transaction. You're in this for the long haul
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise regarding industry trends in order to educate, inform and consult
  • Are comfortable doing remote demos but also are happy to jump on a plane to see a prospect face-to-face
  • Have experience proposing and closing $100K+ software deals into enterprises in the telecom and/or retail sectors. Bonus if you've sold in SaaS solutions
  • Have experience selling into Telecommunications, Financial Services, Insurance, Automotive, Travel and/or Health sectors
  • Are able to work cross-functionally with co-workers in order to create alignment on a deal, deliver desired outcomes, and create the best customer experience
  • Can comfortably work remotely to develop a territory or key account as you see fit
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of industry experience
  • Verifiable track record of exceeding quotas year after year
  • Exceptional track record selling high-end enterprise software, preferably in the retail and sales enablement areas, to large, Fortune 1000 type accounts
  • Reside within, and eligible to work in the USA or Canada
  • Familiar with tracking activities and reporting in Salesforce or similar system
  • Ability to run a full sales cycle, from opening new opportunities to closing the sale
  • Familiar with overcoming objections, solution selling, initiating orders and negotiating
  • Ability to prepare sales forecasts and customer account plans
Bonus If:
  • You're familiar with social selling techniques, such as monitoring a prospect's activity on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc
  • You believe in the Challenger Sales model
  • You've sold SaaS solutions before
  • You're familiar with account-based selling
  • You have existing relationships with key people in Business Transformation, C-Suite, Strategy, Retail Sales, Customer Experience or Channels at retailers, large authorized dealers and/or telecom carriers
