We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.
- Lead all aspects of the company's marketing initiatives, including demand generation (online and offline), brand, creative, product marketing, content marketing, communications/PR, events insights and analytics.
- Take a customer first approach and get a deep understanding of the personas who use our products - constantly working on how to better articulate our value proposition to them
- Build and lead a world class marketing organization by hiring and developing talent, and scaling the team to meet aggressive ROI-driven goals.
- Connect the brand, messaging, and market positioning efforts with the demand generation / performance marketing efforts.
- Define and implement operational metrics, KPIs and other measurements of success that measure, optimize and continually improve efficiency and effectiveness of marketing programs, tactics, and strategy.
- Building the brand strategy and hierarchy for multiple product lines while tying it all together to create consistency
- Working with the CEO and CFO on positioning the company to public market and private investors for subsequent funding rounds
- 15+ years of professional marketing experience
- 5+ years of experience directly managing others
- Metrics-driven with the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Leader or senior member of the marketing team at a B2C company
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Project management and multitasking skills; ability to effectively manage project tasks, timelines, and communications.
- Direct experience managing and understanding the effect of user segmentation, brand marketing, PR, story/positioning on performance marketing and vice-versa
